Member Ratings and Notes
Decent and unremarkable in a good way.  Excellent party whiskey.
N: Deeply woody, some cherries, citrus, but mainly a heck of a lot of wood.
P: Very big full bourbon, almost fruity, with some of that Stitzel-Weller funky wheat.   Tasted side by side with Pappy 15, this tasted rougher.
F: Candy sweet notes.
Vanilla, cinnamon and a soft wheat nose. Palate is a little flat with a back-end astringency. Very creamy. Solid. [12/23/14]

n:  Unremarkable (dammit Adam used that).  Not, um, much to remark about.

p:  Pleasant and light.  Sawdust and wheat.  Leans a bit bitter, especially in the finish.

N: Cocoa powder, black licorice, honey, vanilla and marshmallow

P: Initial burst of oak is follwed by black grape skin

F: Herbal
