Kinda watery and thus super-suck-down-able. Mostly vanilla and fleeting hints of other candy/toffee stuff. There's not a lot to say about this, except it could kill you in a long night as a background whisky. B/B-
RETASTE (Blind): Nose of apricots, honey, with sugary floral scents. Palate is tasty and orangey, honeyed, with plums and traditional scotchy scotch stuff. A solid whisky with great taste and no surprises, this is very very drinkable while still having body to it. Great pick for a party whisky with character. B
n: simple syrup, light honey on oats, pencil shavings, light citrus and dried pineapple.
t: delicate - white sugar frosting on apricots, white chocolate - sweet mostly. Has dried green apples and malt in the middle. Fruit cocktail juice and honey + vanilla finish. Stays sweet throughout, nothing is deep or complex but I can see how it would appeal to those who want to just drink and enjoy.
