Peach, mixed fruit bowl syrup, honey and pronounced oak.  Luckily it isn't over-Oaked.

The fruit is sharp and crisp. Mid palate is lightly tannic and bitter.

Fresh oak, sea salt and light smoke on the lingering finish.
