The Stillman's Dram     Bottled 1985

Member Ratings and Notes
Bright and lemony, crisp and punchy. Kinda light but with a tasty butter and wood spice profile. Higher ABV would be nice. Refreshing but a tad weak.
This isn't something to rave about, and it's not going to blow any minds, but it's a great all-purpose malt whose main offense is not being enough of anything. Nice, light, sweet, honeyed, I wish there were more here. Kind of a weak B+ but I'd still definitely want to own a bottle.

N: Marzipan, lemon skin, fresh oak, preserved fruit, dry hay and melted butter

P: Light and bright fruitiness: green pear/apple

F: Salted buttered bread

Fruity nose with pears followed by a nice, malty palate with fruit notes and a dry malty finish.
