Member Ratings and Notes
Nose: Honey, caramel, maple syrup, very bourbony
Palate: Sweet on arrival, then transitions to spicy with a medicinal undertone.
Finish: Minty and medicinal.

It smells like a rye, but a sweaty, steak-y rye, with dust. Then after opening up a while, it gets fruity with notes of chicken soup.

Palate... hmm. Woody. Really woody. Then after time, wow, it sweetens up. The wood still is very present in the finish, but not the sort of thing to push me away. Weird stuff, what a trip. Schizophrenic.
