Member Ratings and Notes

N: Not super big as the almost black color would seem to indicate, but after a moment molasses and black licorice come through.

P: Muted just like the nose, very odd that something this dark isn't a sherry bomb at all.  Sweet and chocolaty with some cherries.

F:  Well this does stay going a long time, lingering on the palate flavors with some additional grape Robitussin notes.

Sort of disappointing in one way, but also still pretty enjoyable.  It goes down very easy, like 43% instead of the actual 54.7%.   A little more pizzazz might have launched this into the A range.

Sherry bomb with the ripe red fruit and dark tea.
