Member Ratings and Notes

The nose on this has rotting plant matter with motor oil, flowers and sugar cane...and I like it. The palate is similarly funky with some definite white wine influence, corn syrup and maybe even some soy sauce and mushrooms. Water on this one brings out both the sweetness and the smoke. The finish is just peaty.

Very weird stuff, not sure it totally works.

n:  Tar flowers

p:  Pepper and faint rubber.  Wierd, dirty wood finish

Alcohol vapors, baking soda, talc and stale white wine.  Theres some new make here with yeast and moist biscuit dough.  Some metallic tin pail notes.  Fresh cut grass and winter green.

More of the new make on the palate with spearmint and dark green vegetal notes.  Funky notes of wine and french red ale beer.
