Member Ratings and Notes

Nose:  White grape juice.

Palate:  Generically sweet and very malty, lychee fruit.

Finish:  A slight sweetness, then it's gone, like sugar dissolving on the tongue.

n:  Generic caramel

p:  Sweet and peachy.  Nicely floral.  Ice cream.

This is actually a really nice whisky, a burst of fall fruits with a citrus lining (classic Glen Elgin tangerine is here). Flavors are on the lighter side, but at 61% ABV power, if that makes sense. Water improves this and highlights a cinnamon and clove finish. Great whisky.
