Yumtastic.  This is from heaven.
Woody, a bit too much of it adds bitterness that keeps the rating down.
Like lickin' the cask!  Deep flavor.  The best Glengoyne I know of.  (sorry Duncan)
Extraordinarily smooth.  Subtle maple.  Brown sugar.  Mid-length finish.  A very, very solid and sophisticated whisky.  Excellent!
Thick sherry/cinnamon nose, what a great rich color.  Light smoke, thick on the palate, but easy to drink.  Complex rolling flavors and nice wood notes.
Wow, a super-syrupy nose! Sherry of course. Yummy, yummy richness. This bottle will be killed quickly. [It was indeed killed quickly].
