N: Interesting. A little cherry, cinnamon.
P: Very smooth, gets big and sweeet with honey and bread notes.
F: Lip numbing and sugary.
Good!

Nose of buttered popcorn (like real popcorn with real butter), trace of skunk, with light vanilla and caramel as expected. Palate is a nice vanilla-caramel thing without a whole lot of dimension, but those few notes that are present are here in a pleasant and rather sweet way. Finish is a medium-length fade.  Nice to drink.

This has a nice rich nose with some floral notes.  The palate starts rich with candy notes then turns to chewy, woody notes which last into the finish, accompanied by caramel.  It's definitely one of the nicer whiskeys in the Bourbon Heritage Collection.

n: gasoline and new carpet (I kinda like it)

p: Oats.  Sugar on a band aid. Beach ball. Not the best finish.  Thin.  It's decent.  I woudn't turn it down, but I doubt I'll never crave it.

Similar to the older Louiseville bottle but this has has more oiliness and richer vanilla notes on it. The finish on this is sweeter.
