How to Photograph Bourbon and Other Whiskey for Collectors

Collectors like large, clear photos so they can be enlarged to see details.

THE BASIC 3:

Clear pics of these specific angles will convey much of the information needed. Don't lay the bottle down, don't only show portions. Make sure the liquid inside is visible. 

 

 

  

 

UNDERSIDE:

This is commonly requested for bottles that appear to date from the 1970s or earlier. Collectors look at makers marks and manufacturing remnants to help authenticate and date the bottle.
