n:  Decaying hay

p: Unlike the nose.  Sugarplums, perhaps a mix of grape and lemon. Leans toward fresh lumber as the sweetness subsides.   A little water gives it a creamy texture and blends the sweetness and woody characters into synergy.  Me likey.
