N: Big and flowery, familiar, a little glue, chocolate and cherries. P: Cinnamon on top of big flowery rye. Adding water releases some rum cake. F: Heat and chocolate. Good but not great. This seems very familiar to me, almost seems Beamish in its flavor profile, but I don’t think they offer up many casks to third parties.
