N: raisin bread, fresh cut wood and hay

P: nice and sweet.  raisins and grapes

F: hints of sherry, licorice and a touch of salt

Ries

n: cooked strawberries, wet green grass, and hint of citrus peel.Malty with strong honeycomb.

t: youthful sweetness that is heavy on spice and shows some sherry cask influence that offers light berries. Caramel, honey, and orange wax. Malty finish with red fruit, burnt orange, and walnuts. This is where the oak and age finally show and the sweetness is tempered by the spice.

Sweet, not overly complex and very 'safe', but a solid whisky that is easy to drink. Would be something to get your boss as a decent gift.
