Yummy sherried stuff. Soy sauce aspects, kinda steak-y. Not much dimension other than that, but if that's your thing you'll enjoy this. Quick fade in the finish. Takes water well.

N: Sherry and Asian sauces.
P: Ginger, meats, burnt fat, soy sauce, melon wrapped in bacon.
F: Long and gamy.
Very bizarre and yet a must try.

Fuji

Black berry and chinese plum candy. Dessert sweetness. Smells of very ripe strawberry that are at the point of spoiling. Tannic red fruit.
