Nose of sherry, molasses and butterscotch.  Palate smoky malt and fruity syrup, wood, not overwhelming at first but it soon becomes something fantastic.   Amazing finish lasts so so long.  I’d give it an A+ if the palate had some extra dimensions to it.  Worth every penny?  Doubtful.  Is it ridiculously good, yes.

McGriddle maple syrup delight, caramel on top of sensuous peat, long flowery finish. Fantastic.

Retaste:

N: Earl Grey tea, nectar, mahogany and leather bound books (ala Anchorman), some meatiness too.
P: Strange and wonderful stuff.    Big rich sherry action with some peat coming through.
F:  Plums, creme brulee.
