Ries

n: torched lime peel, musty oak, nutmeg, deep tahitian vanilla bean. Thinking "this should be perfume" - a beautiful, enticing nose with freshly oiled wood and sea brine.

t: light paper smoke, pineapple and apricot tart drizzled with white chocolate and keylime pie. Perfect balance of dried golden fruits and gentle oily peat. Waxy smoked green citrus throughout. Cinnamon and toasted oak in short-ish finish. Beautiful and elegant.

I don't put too much weight to the "nose" but this was spectacular!
