Ries

n: deep nose of dark dried fruits - such as dark cherry and prune. Kick of all-spice and clove, then goes back to a syrupy sherry. Balsamic reduction, smoked mint leaf, and mushroom.

t: black cherry dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with that dense balsamic note in the nose. Very savoury - runs sweet (burnt brown sugar) and BBQ vegetable in the same sip. Lots of fruit, and interesting earthy flavours in the middle. Finish is grilled pineapple and chocolate.

A bold and delicious whiskey with a unique profile that stays in the memory.
