n: dark molasses, walnut husks, dried corn; like a dusty barn in summer. Very woody and dry nose, not a typically sweet "corny" nose like I expected.

t: burnt caramel popcorn ball- the corn sweetness shows, but it is very controlled with a nice charred aspect to this whiskey. Middle is very oaky with molasses cookies but everyrthing stays rich, but semi-sweet and quite complex. Finish has a deep resionous burnt toffee and ballpark peanuts flavour. Nice balance, I could drink this all the time.
