n:  sourdough and polyeurethane.

p:   Burnt ends and solvents.  Bitter.  Unsweet citrus.  Semi-oily.

New bottle.  I have a feeling that this is one of those malts that takes a long time to open up.  See you next year.

Fuji

N: Freshly varnished wood, green apple, pine apple and kiwi. Some wet hay and white pepper.
P: Green pear, green apple and white grapes. Thin and astringent.
F: Short finish of sour fruit and salt

Retaste: B/B-

Light sweet yet tangy floral notes. Mineralic, metallic and baby powder. Oooh, old school profile on the palate. Oily, nutty with tart fruit. Hints of peat smoke and some salt.

It's fairly thin and light like most lonach a I've tried. But its one of the better lonach bottlings i've tasted.
