Nose:  Dry sherry, very earthy, almost Cognac style rancio.

Palate:  Very dry sherry, more of that earthiness from the nose, oak notes at late palate.

Finish:  Earthy.

This is a really fantastic sherried malt, dry with no sulfur and bold, earthy flavors.  Great stuff.
