P: I can just roll this around in my mouth for a few seconds as my tongue enjoys the sherry sweetness. There's definitely big signs of peat though, which comes through, for me, stronger or weaker depending on the sip.
F: Peat is strongest here. Sweetness of sherry quickly fades and smoke lingers for a while. (that's why I rolled it around in my mouth for an extended stay - you just want that sherry/peaty flavor to linger.
It really walks a tightrope between bold peaty/smokiness and delicious sherry. People might complain that a whisky is one dimensional - I think this is two dimensional, and they're two very good dimensions that dance together nicely.
