N: Nice mix of light leather, slight mushroomy earthiness, a little white pepper, some rich dried fruit notes; a little orange, some fig, and believe it or not, a very faint hint of madras curry.

P: Very thick and mouth-coating; clear sherry presence, a little pepper and it gains some heat. Slightly nutty; reasonable wood presence. A touch of black pepper and some dried fruit.

F: Nutty and wood, sweet with dried fruit and sherry, dries toward wood with some apple skin. Quite big and lasting.

Very dense, nicely nuanced. Very little I'd change except for maybe dialing the pepper back a touch.  A-/B+

Nose: Big burst of fruity sherry but also some wood and earthy rancio notes.

Palate: Massive, fruit bomb sherry, sweet and fruity, some vanilla, then a bit salty.

Finish: Salt and pepper.

Beautifully done.
