Nose: Light bourbon notes, lemon candy

Palate: Candy store - butterscotch, toffee, etc.

Finish: slightly bitter on the tongue, more candy on the nose.

Decent but not particularly interesting.

N: Almost surprisingly floral at first impression. Hints of apple cider, a little white pepper. Hint of tart granny smith with a little artificial sour apple flavor. Some light caramel. Lighlty earthy but almost mineral and chalky/flinty at the same time.

P: Thin at first. Caramel sweetness and some straightforward corn. Faintly bitter, lightly woody note. Mild heat.

F: Quick - leads with general graininess and has some corn.

Light. It's not bad but there's not much that inspires.

n: smooth oak, lemon wax, fresh hay, corn pops cereal in milk

t: chewing on a popsicle stick, green apple, with a bit of caramel & vanilla marshmallow. Alcohol forward + light mouthfeel. Middle is corn chowder with some black pepper in a old wooden salad bowl. Quick finish that turns to mostly alcohol and vanilla air freshener.  [C/C-]

Not much going on here.  It's light and thin.

n:  Honeysuckle, leather saddle, coconut.  Nice.

p:  Not as sweet as the nose hints at.  <insert standard bourbon flavors here>.  Relatively easy sipper with some spunk on the finish.
