I'm not sure what distillery this is from, but most of the seasoned drinkers are split between Macallan and Glenfarclas.
N: Definitely sherried with chocolate covered cherries and plenty toasted oats. The burnt woodiness holds this together and adds another dimension to the sherry sweetness.
P: Very drying and light. Sweet stewed fruits initially with dry oak and a wisp of smoke.
