N: Shucked oysters, Chinese menthol oils, burnt saw dust, and burning rubber from tires.

P: Starts off very spicy (peppermint) and bitter sour pomelo. Peat smoke from a smoldering campfire. There are meaty bbq notes as well.

F: Medium finish that's ashy and peaty.
