N: Big buttery oily peat with lots of white pepper, graphite and an underlying warm caramel sweetness. Motor oil, seashells and some grassy notes can be found as well. The sherry notes are light but become more pronounced as your nose gets accustomed to the stronger spicy peat.
P: Thick and mouth coating, crisp sharp smoke and peat lead the way. Spice from cracked peppers and zest from fresh squeezed lemons give this a lot of character. Sweetness comes from brown pears and apples.
F: Dark and bittersweet. Black licorice and coffee grinds. B+/A-
