Nose:  Great nose with oak and light sherry.

Palate:  Sweet with tropical fruit.  Water brings out the richness.

Finish: Light sherry.

B/B+

Fuji

N: Maraschino cherries, fresh cut fruits

P: Floral, bright candy fruits (apple and watermelon jolly ranchers)

F: Candied that faded too quickly

I noticed this got better as I went back to it from time to time after it had been sitting out.  B/B+

N: Cooked vegetables, rhubarb. Green leafy plants.
P: Interesting, a pretty light sherry influence but quite spicey. Apricots!
F: Slighly chalky in mouth feel, but in a good way. Very nice.
Andy

n: Autumn in a greenhouse. Apple rinds.

p:  Old rubber ban, spearmint, orange bitters, funk on the finish

B/B+

Ries

n: buttered oak, plums, rhubarb. Malt and un-ripe mango.

t: very heathery/floral with an herbal tinge and green apple sauce. Middle has an unusal watermelon pink candy taste with fresh chamomile tea. Finish is floral and sweet (apricots) with a very light sherry cask influence.

A memorable and tasty scotch with a nice summer harvest aspect to it. The malt grows as you sip this.  [B+/B]
