Nose:  Salty, sulphured sherry.  NY street pretzals.

Palate:  Sherry, maraschino cherries, then vanilla and some sulphur.

Finish:  Sherry and semi-sweet chocolate.

Good stuff.

N: Sweet cakes, chalky, herbal chinese medicine, but it has an unpleasant rusty metallic smell as well

P: Sweet and fruity with red licorice.  Runs a bit hot

F: Metallic finish with some citrus

This is a great example of why "farty" isn't always bad. It's in the nose initially, then more floral as it opens up.

Palate is intially sweet, syrupy, simple, delicious... then a "mysterious" quality emerges, developing into herbs and spices that twirl and change, with far more complexity than the Colonel's original eleven. That rockets this into the excellent category.  B+/A-

n: Bit of sulpher or old closet.  Interesting.
