N: Nice, black cherries initially and a good dose of rye spice alongside some cinnamon. Light maple, plenty of wood, a good dose of corn. Slight cramel. Slight dry woodiness.

P: Rich mouthfeel. Moderate sweetness; maple syrup, light oak. Caramel and toffee. A faint sprinkle of cinnamon. A little touch of powdered sugar.

F: Nice, warm mouthfeel, very big and present finis. Sweet but ever so slightly astringent. Oranges, a little caramel, some maple.

This is a nice, sweet, caramel bourbon. This sort of profile is hard for me to love but it's equally hard not to like when it's really well executed like this.
