N: Alot of yeasty maltiness.  Popcorn butter with some citrus and fruitiness is present.  Apples and pears. 

P: Suprisingly its earthy.  Honey brings some sweetness that contrasts the tart apples

The nose was nice but the palate was kind of disappointing. 

n:  Hint of fermented fruit. lemon.

p:  Full flavored.  ABV about right for me but others may want to add water.  Fruity.  Perhaps underripe peaches and green apples.  Stays fairly one-dimensional.
