N: Alot of yeasty maltiness.  Popcorn butter with some citrus and fruitiness is present.  Apples and pears. 

P: Suprisingly its earthy.  Honey brings some sweetness that contrasts the tart apples

The nose was nice but the palate was kind of disappointing.
