N: Toothpicks, sawdust, and a weird floral note (reminds me of Chrysanthemum based non-toxic bug killer).  But it doesn't smell like rotting vegetables! Hooray!
P: Very light but savory, like a butter cookie.
F: Rather blank, dry.
Well for a Glenrothes, this is quite good and drinkable.

Nose:  Something is off with this.  There is some apple cider but also some unpleasant chemical notes.

Palate:  Light and fruity with some candy.

Finish:  Fruit and plastic.

Not totally offensive but something off about it with the plastic/chemical notes.

Fuji

N: Chalky, citrus wood and raw potatoes

P: Kind of boring with a weird funky sourness to it

F: Indistinct fruit

Be liberal with the water on this and it creeps up to B- range (at least for me)

N: Clay and vinegary fruit. Earthy notes compete with fruty notes. Also has a citronella thing happening and leaves the impression of a flushless urinal first thing in the morning (when it's still clean).

P: Dry and bitter on initial entry, woody, slightly rubbery, lightly chemical. Opens up to some reasonable fruitiness.

F: Dry, lightly sweet.

Nah. (unless you really like that Arclight bathroom first thing on a Wednesday morning vibe. Then it's a B-)

N: Jasmine - love it, although it's very straight forward

P: Whoa, very underwhelming - flat, dull, sour.

F: Very little going on.

Not exciting. I can smell for days though (So sue me, I like the smell of flushless urinals, Tim)

Dan

Very light color. Crisp and sweet (good) nose. Hints of citrus and spice, but very light mouthfeel. Short draw. [3/20/12]

Andy

n:  Watermelon jolly rancher in a lead pipe.

p:  Tangy and generic.  Malty finish.
