N: Predominantly wood, fresh baguettes, sweet melons and a bit of salt
P: Slightly honeyed with grassy/ hay notes. A nice vegetal quality to it.
F: Sweet and savory

n: Scented candles (perhaps cinnamon)

p: Definitely ventures off the Balvenie's typical profile of safe, solid, and rarely exciting. Right from the start this stood apart. Seasoned wood, cedar. I was reminded of my cigar humidor. This one is full flavored, but not hot or overbearing.
