Snickers bar nose. Fig Newtons. Traditionally if not heavily sherried.

Palate is tangy and quite sweet -- borderline cloyingly so. Dried apricots, PX sherry aspects. Finish continues that tang at great length, sometimes more citrusy and lemony, and a little pepper.

Tasty stuff that doesn't make me dance -- it's kind of the wrong kind of sweetness at this intensity of sweetness, but it's enjoyable enough.  B/B-

n: Honey, saltwater taffy, and leather saddle.  It’s okay.

 

p:  Chili paste and honey, although not at all sweet.  One dimensional but warming.  A fireplace dram.
