Nose:  light peanuts, dusty

Palate:  caramel + nuts = Cracker Jacks, or maybe Poppycock.
Water brings out some herbal notes and rye spice.

Finish:  Quite dry.

N: Slightly nutty. Slight hints of banana and marzipan. Dry, resinous and piney. Light brown sugar. A hint of pocorn and caramel, giving it a kind of Corn Nuts presence.

P: Light and slightly thin, ever so slightly sour. Warming slowly with a little pepper. The peanuts and caramel are present again which make it weirdly snacky. There's a little light maple syrup but it's dominated by the salty notes.

F: Warm, resinous initially, with caramel. Some wood present, a little grainy spice.

This has a weird combo of peanuts and Woodford Reserve on the nose. The latter isn't a favorite. It's out of balance to me and doesn't come together to anythng really approachable.
