Member Ratings and Notes
The nose is very light, has some light bourbon notes with rusty metal. The palate has that medicinal character that is common in pot-stilled American whiskeys rounded out with some sweetness. The finish is mostly alcohol.
A little thin initially, with a very light almost rye-like pine character initially. Slightly metallic.
Thin on the palate. A little mild sweetness, a bit of that lightly woody/piney character. Tastes quite young.
Very light. a bit of the lightly woody/piney note, a slight bready sweetness.
It's hard to say - it's so light and thin - but this seems to need more time in wood, and higher ABV wouldn't hurt. There's very little flavor here.
