Farmhouse hay nose. Spicey palate that didn't appear on the nose but overly hay and grassed.  Interesting combination and grows on me after a taste or two.  More on honey and vanilla.

I noticed the "official" name after I tasted this blind.  Certainly farmy....a good one if you into that sort of thing.

n: Not too distinct.  Hint of lemon

P: Nothing sweet.  Plant stalks after the first second and long into the finish.  Seems like an honest dram, but just not my thing.
