Appetizing maple nose, tastes sweet and spicy.  Finish is long and great, warm without being hot.  Great balance, smooth without being weak.  I like.

Maple syrup, full inviting nose.  Slightly sweet, vanilla and light mellon notes, rye is evident but not prominent.  Long warm finish with a little spice.  Very dinkable.

Maple, fruit, and spice.  Warming.  Long sweet finish.  Tastes a lot like their bourbon.  Hmm...

Mild, sweet nose. As compared with the Classic Cask less sweet, more rye, and a bit longer finish. Above average, but nothing special. This is reminiscent of BMH's bourbons.

Not as pleasant, sweet, or easy as the Classic Cask.  Some bitterness in the middle.  It's got a kick.  Sweet, long, decent finish.

Tastes like maple syrup.  Sweet, sugary.  Not as nice as the Classic Cask.  Too sweet.  Much, much more enjoyable than the Old Potrero.
JS

Mildly spicy nose.  Taste is clean.  Finish is very short.  Not that special but certainly not offensive.

Nose:  Massive sandalwood nose with some shoe leather.

Palate:  Burnt wood, some sandalwood but not as much as on the nose, perfumy like incense, earthy and dense.

Finish:  Sandalwood and spice.

A dense, fragrant, rye.
