Nose:  Malty and fruity.
Palate:  Lush and malty with fruit and chocolate, peat in the back.
Finish:  Lengthy with peat smoke.

A fruity peated whisky.

Sweetly darker peat that is a bit more smokey and chocolate.

The finish is longer than some of the other Amruts.  Nicely done but could use some more peat to give some bite.  A bit too soft to get a solid B.

n: briny and simple.

 

p:  Earthy, mossy, musty, and peppery.  Just doesn't do it all that well though.

Mushrooms and wet earth.  Lime juice and minerals.  Stale and tired wine with a kick of peat that disappears quickly leaving notes of cured meats and alcohol. C+/C
