Oaky and floral nose, perfect peat and malt, evaporative, narcotic, sugary, complex. The bottle is gone too quickly.

Inviting nose, floral and sweet smoke and a hint of pencils and the ocean.  Sweet smooth delicious palate with smoke.  Long, warm, enveloping finish with woodyness and salt.  Lots of flavors in here, and like the best whiskies, different ones show themselves on various sips.  A complete whisky.

N:Toasted oats and rising yeast with light sea salt and warm peaty cinnamon shaving and iodine. Ocean breeze with a twist of sweet lemon
P: peat attack with black peppers with a bit of tar. Smoked bacon and campfire ash
F: salt and pepper finish with smoked ham. Very astringent

note: This was my Bin Laden is gone malt

n:  Makes me think of old wood and yeast.  Wee tad briney.  Not the best nose ever.

p: Brilliant.  Christmas tree wood.  peat funk, earthy.  Still a bit salty.  Complex.  The finish sticks and is worth it.  Pepperyness throughout.  Of of the best releases I've tried.
