In case you haven't been paying attention, distilleries worldwide are starting to push their new make (a.k.a. White Dog, a.k.a Moonshine) as a way to provide quick and fresh cash, especially for the newer American micro-distilleries. And in my opinion, while they've received a lot of flack for doing this, the products are actually often tasty... just way overpriced for what they are. Ah, there's that flack I was talking about.
Anyhow, this one strikes me as particularly yummy, taking into account what it is. And since I've tried no more than a dozen 'shines, that's the extent of my vocabulary to describe this. Yep. (Bottled July 13, 2010)
