Nose: Floral but indistinct

Palate: Floral and only semisweet.  Honeysuckle and unripe apricots.  Very stong in its flavoring.  Condensed springtime.  Pretty good, not great.

N: Nutty and spicy, very interesting actually, kinda like rum cake.
P: Similarly interesting, quite oily and sweet, tastes like cake batter.

F: Finishes the same way, a little powdered donut on the end.
I like this quite a bit, its sweet in a different way than other malts.   Mmmmm.

Fuji

N: melon, cotton candy, honey, citrus, floral, fruity, baby powder
P: medium body: lychee, citrus tangerine rind, exotic fruits, a walk through a flower garden
F: liqourice, menthol, black pepper

The alcohol wasnt overbearing on the nose and palate considering its at 56%.  B/B+
