Adam

Nose of honey, cashews, peanuts. The palate packs a nice surprise in a burst of flavor. Powdered-sugar sweetness sprinkled over a basket of bright fruits -- take your pick, it's probably in here (notably nectarines, tangerines, apples). Those fruits are really nicely opposed by herbs and spices like cinnamon, and every now and then I get some oregano. Neat! Lots of vanilla and honey. Water makes it more, let's say "drinkable," and brings out the nuttier notes. Yum!!!

P: Punchy and organic. Spicy tea leaf.
F: Bubble gum sweet.
Yay! Really like this, punchy is the defining word for this one.

Lively! Fruity. Maybe cherry. Great stuff.

Fuji

Lots of fruits and sweetness on the nose and palate. Suprisingly minty and camphored on the palate and while you can tell its a high abv, it doesnt burn as much as you'd think. B/B+
