N: An attractive floral rye dominated nose, light wood, cinnamon sticks.
P: Definitely leans towards the rye profile, some balancing sweetness but the wood spice then takes over.   Nice.
F: Quite long on the wood spice, a hint of cherry.

Nose of candy corn, with leather and some must. Honey. After time, it opens up excellently into, well uh, I wrote "candy-caramel-yum." The palate isn't as thrilling as the nose, but for some, will be exactly what they're looking for -- it's quite "smooth" and generally a vanilla-honey number with a mild sweetness. Nicely balanced, with the oak just noticeable enough. Easy to drink with a nice, moderate chew to it. It's not a superstar or a true standout, but it's great bourbon that I like quite a bit.  B/B+

Nose:  very syrupy with maple notes.
Palate:  Comes on sweet and follows up with oak and some savory notes.
A good Bourbon but not exceptional for the price.

Good, but no first edition.

Wood varnish and sealer on the nose.   Black fruits with spiced wood.  Theres hints of grass/ vegetal notes.   I wish the finish would hold on a bit longer.  I felt it dropped off too early.

n: Baked green apple with cinnamon and caramels stuffed inside. Very rich with some vanilla frosting and oatmeal cookie dough. This nose is mouthwatering and makes you want to start tasting.

t: Rich caramel and baked apples (like the nose), tempered with pepper and leather. Gives way to cinnamon spice and cloves in the middle. Brown sugar and mint in the finish. This is a rich bourbon with a nice savoury chew to it; but the wood gets quite dry.

This is a bourbon to drink neat.
