WTF!  The nose seems harmless, perhaps lavender... but then it hits the lips. @#$@# You've got to be kidding.  Absolutely laundry detergent.  In fact, its... its... its... TIDE detergent.  The grainy dry stuff, not the liquid.  Mr. Symington, I have a laundry room (ok, nook) and I can take care of this kind of craving for far less than $400.  It makes me miss Edradour 10.  Limited by the grace of God to only 180 bottles.  Not worth $10 per bottle.  Shame!

Note:  I have since learned that this was distilled under the previous badly managed ownership.  Still though... sell it to blends.

N: Wine, cinnamon shavings, honey and wet hay

P: Thin.  Metallic/ rusty stuff.  Bland/ neutral
