n:  Sweet and sour funk.  Maritime.

 

p: Finished wood.  A bit bitter.  Good mouthfeel and generically tasty but only in a superficial way.  Easily downed, easily forgotton.

Rusty metallic nose and stale wine and soggy bread.

Light mellow palate. Pretty close to being neutral. Light fruit and no finish.
