Nose: Dry sherry

Palate: Sweeter sherry than the nose with some sulfur.

Finish: Sulfur and some bitterness.

Overall nicely balanced. 

N: Apples, pears, sherry.

P: Cake batter, frosting.

F: Fruit, medicinal notes, some quick spicyness rounds nicely into a great sherried treat.

Finish is long and complex.
