Aged in bourbon Hogshead and finished for three years in Oloroso butts.

Distilled Nov. 22, 1976   Bottled Oct. 22 2007   1500 Bottles

Nose:  Fruity as heck, tropical fruit, fruit cocktail, tutti fruity, fruit stripe gum.

Palate: Sweet and malty in front with vanilla.  Then develops some saltiness and a bit of acid.

Finish:  Salty and fruity, like LA street fruit (underripe mango with chili and lime juice).

Good stuff. Not quite a B+ but very solid.
