N: Good amount of peat, fruits (apricots and yellow peaches).  Hints of sherry goodness and pound cake. 

P: Sweet nuttiness with nice woody notes.  Butterscotch and caramel contrast the smoke.  The sherry on the palate is more pronounced and clean.
