N: Very light and subtle.  Fresh cut lemons, minerals, ceral and tea

P: Starts of with hints of smoke then you get black tea, citrus zest andspiced fruitiness.  Very balanced.

F:  Lightly salted finish

Overall its very good but I thought the aromas and flavors were too tame and flat.  Wish it had a little more life to it.  But hey its been in the barrel a long time, maybe it lost some of its pep. B/B+

Somewhat sharp nose of hay, grass, oats. Herbal.

Really nice palate, peachy-apple mild sweetness, tea. Oaky, grassy finish with a little white pepper and something oceany.

Tullibardine isn't a malt that's known for challenging your soul. This one gently comforts it. A really easy drinker that's subtle and pleasing.

N: Fruity and floral with some underlying rich woody notes that reveal its age.   Kiwi, banana, and violets.

P: Bubble gum with some bready notes.

F: Sweet and savory.

The flavor profile is all there, but at 42% it grows weak towards the bottom of the glass.  Still, a very nice malt, and I'm sure those who like an easy drinker would love this.

n:  Mixed fruits (apples, pears, peaches), that have been left out too long.  Sort of fruity and moldy and the same time.

p:  Roasted red peppers (not hot),  raw barley, hint of fresh wood, peach skin.  The finish sort of disappears.

Highly drinkable but not something that gets you excited.  I would have guessed 15 years old blindly.

B-/B
